The staff were accommodating and quick to resolve issues. The breakfast was satisfying with a good variety to choose from.

While the amenities were decent, the pool area could definitely benefit from some shade as it felt quite exposed to the sun.

I was offered a nice breakfast for various nationalities tastes. The venue's position was central.

The free airport transfer was a fantastic perk, and the late-night karaoke with live music provided a lively atmosphere that made our evening enjoyable.

Yes. The omelette food holder lid is a bit hard to manage.

Staff in dining are not friendly. Look like been told to evert eyes to avoid contact with guests. A simple good morning would be nice. Reception and bell captain and room cleaning staff ate fine.

Lekker free airport shuttle, clean and spacious room, and the brekkie was solid, nice variety! Chommies at the front desk sorted out an issue with the extra bed, sharp-sharp!

The Beautiful Twin Room offered a clean, comfortable space, although the absence of a kettle was a downside. Breakfast at the small restaurant next door was fresh, but navigating the menu in Thai was challenging. The shower curtain was old and stained, detracting from the overall impression of the bathroom.

The hotel is easy to find, right near the bus terminal. And the staff were super accommodating, addressing our needs quickly. Breakfast had a solid variety! Plus, the room was clean and spacious, perfect for our family.

The hotel arranged our sightseeing trips perfectly! We also enjoyed the clean pool to cool off after exploring the night markets and nearby restaurants. The breakfast offered a good selection, keeping everyone in the family happy .

Charoen Hotel is in a fantastic location, just a 2-minute walk to a large market and Central shopping centre. The swimming pool is clean and inviting. I loved the friendly staff, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

The mattress was a bit hard for comfort.
